Villa Sands has a conference room that sits 20 people around a big table and is equipped with a projector, WiFi, black-board and a speaker that can be used for audio conferences using a phone that connects to the speaker via Bluetooth. At the side of catering food during meetings Villa Sands can package experiences that will complement the business side of an event like a team building effort. The hotel owns a space on Ilha equipped like the conference room where 100 people can be seated for meetings. The same space can also serve as a gallery to host exhibitions.

Villa Sands is an ideal setting for casual events such as weddings, courses, live performances etc. with a capacity of up to 100 guests. The hotel can also be rented exclusively for such events.
